Tai Chi is an effective exercise for health of mind and body. The program being offered is easy to learn and soon delivers health benefits. Many scientific studies have proven that Tai Chi is amazingly effective for health. Tai Chi:

Clothing: Wear loose fitting clothing and flat shoes suitable for exercise.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Program and has received permission to title the class “Tai Chi for Health,” to include individuals who do not suffer from arthritis. This program is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. Consult with your primary care provider before beginning any new exercise program. Childcare is available upon request.
